Building a Fashion Sustainability Community

On January 19, 2024, local Palo Alto artist Sahba Shere invited me to come and chat about fashion sustainability and launch Issue 3 of Circle Ahead magazine. The discussion was an open opportunity to be vulnerable about where we are in our respective sustainability journeys. Writer Nirmy Kang read aloud a beautiful piece she had written about clothes precious to her from childhood. And I shared some thoughts about my path from fashion designer to fashion activist. It was a wonderfully warm gathering!
